  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition/ packaging.
  • We apologise, but returns cannot be accepted for items due to buyer's remorse.

2. Returns Process:

  • Provide your full name, order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you details of where to return.
  • Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to provide proof of shipment. 

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds may be delayed due to processing times which will be varied depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
